Steven has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry, at firms such as Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of America, Bank of New York Mellon, Comerica and Lombard Odier. He has held a number of leadership positions with full P&L responsibilities across investment operations, fund management, regulatory compliance and technology. Due to the nature of these roles, Steven has extensive experience of delivering large scale complex change initiatives and leading high performing diverse teams globally. In the role of product owner, Steven has also led the creation and launch of several highly successful FinTech and RegTech solutions.

At Holley Holland, Steven is jointly responsible for managing Holley Holland’s global consultancy – a high growth practitioner-led business that has been branded by one of its core clients as a “new breed of consultants”. With his business partner, Scott Anderson, Steven is accountable for ensuring that Holley Holland provides outstanding service to its clients in an ethical and professional manner, delivers on its high growth agenda and continues to build the vision of looking for new markets and opportunities.

Leisure time

Steven’s first priority is his family and he tries to spend as much time with them as possible. Steven also loves learning languages, travelling and discovering new places, learning how to cook new dishes and discovering new wines.
